I have been speaking with Jean Johnfroe, a proud cajun living in Austin TX. Jean has been very helpful in educating me about cajun culture. Jean has recently referred me to a few of her relatives that live in Morgan City. I am trying to contact them in an effort to meet more cajuns to support my topic.
